IR3035 Mailbox

Does anybody know if there is a way to transfer mailbox documents from an IR3035 to an IRA4245? or copied to a usb drive and transferred or some way of getting the documents from one machine to the other. Customer has about 200 mailboxes in use. Machine does not have universal send. Looked through the copying and mailbox guide but don't see anything except sending the docs. Not sure if that does what I'm looking for but if it did it requires universal send. TIA

The only way I know of is to print them out and rescan them in the new copier, you can transfer mailbox names only not content.

Print and Rescan. The Mailbox is not meant to be a company document Archive. It is a convience feature only! If the HDD fails those docs are GONE.
