          E866, 0202

Check J7969, an in-line connector going to the Lower Deck Indicator Driver PCB.
This connector is located behind the cover on the right side of the lower deck when pulled out of the POD.
It may be disconnected or the pins may be making poor contact.

E866-0202 Error Code at Power On

            Example of Testing
The Lower Deck Indicator Driver PCB (PCB804) was swapped with the Middle Deck Indicator Driver PCB (PCB 704) but the sub code did not change.

            An on-site example find-------
The POD Deck-A1 was connected to a Surge Protector that was not functioning properly.

The resolution was to plug the POD Deck-A1 directly to the AC wall outlet and remove the Surge Protector.

Thanks to both fchu5959 and Teckat for excellent advice!

It ended up being the j7969 connector I apparently didn't check it properly the first time... now pushed all the way in and POD deck online
