[Error Code] Remove Paper From Output Tray Canon C5235i

This error strike after the copier is with the customer for a month++.
I sticking a tape to cover the sensor near the output tray which temporary stop the message.

I suspected this error is cause by a inner finisher is removed. And some parts is not properly installed.
Can someone share with me the service manual so I can fix it. Thank you.

when you remove the inner finisher you have to put back the stack full sensor flag which is removed during the installation.

Please check the Sensor flag Within Where the Tray is.
