dear friends an ir 3245 machine some times hanging a long time when we makes coping .it is running long time and did not give copies. then we switch off and on it works. the customer used this machine only for coping . we replaced HDD from a working machine. but it gives same problem some times. can you please give me a solution for this. thank you.
