dear all
help is required for 8105 finisher is not staking loose ,but with staples perfectly staking

replaced finisher controller & upgrade the firmware with latest

any help ll be appreciated

Hes only Stacking good when stapling I think that is what he means.

Run the adjustment or check age of flappers? What is the count in service more for the finisher parts? Maybe new flappers will stack standard prints....no staple.

when you turn on the printer does the stacker does it dance, goes up and down?? if not the fucntion of tyhe stack is possibly off you have to goto tech mode and turn it back on. i think it somewhere along the line techmode, stacker, adjust, then there might be a number 38 or something. you have to clear that number, just highlight the left then hit 0 on keypad. i know im talking out from memory here. i could be wrong. i had that issue a while back but clearing the code then restarting the machine made the sorter come back to life. there could be a broken actuator, make sur eall actuator are working.
