Padlock icon and Printer Property without colour mode.

This Canon C5255i is having a lock icon I not see before.
Does any one know what it is ?

Imgur: The magic of the Internet

Does this affected the ability to print colour ? Because the printer property cannot allow choose to print colour

Restricting the Use of Full Colour.

You can restrict the use of the colour mode (Full Color).

    2. Press [Function Settings] → [Copy] → [Select Color Settings for Copy].
    3. Press [Use Full Color].
    4. Select [Off] → [OK].
Select [On] if you do not want to restrict the use of the Full Color mode.

That padlock icon is a security mark that shows there a HDD Data Encryption & Mirroring Kit installed and operating normally.

It is not related to color print options.
