Ask about IR7200 / IR8500

heloo all,
I planned to buy refurb copier canon ir7200/ir8500, so here I need advice what are important things I need to know about these machine?

also, the importir dealer who sell it to me doesn't have the user manual. Is there anybody here kindly enough to give me the manual?
and if you also have service manual, I'll paid for it
