PROBLEMS WITH SST 3.3x

Hello all,

We have been trying to upload system software to an iRC3380 but keep encountering this problem:

We can register the software as normal but when we go to connect it does not show up in the list of machines. However if we go to delete software the machine shows up in the list!!!

We are trying to source ver 4.04 of the SST so at the mo are not tearing our hair out but it is puzzling, it seems to relate to any model that ends xx80, all others are fine! We have tried versions 3.33, 3.34 and 3.35 - all with no luck.

Has anyone else heard of this problem?

ir c3380 is the same as ir c2880..try to check if there is ir c2880 on the lists..

No, it's any machine model that ends in 80, thats 2880,3180, 6880, or 3380, but if it ends 00, 70, 20 etc. then it's fine?

As I say it's puzziling, but I'm on a course at Canon tomorrow so I'll see if they have come across it.
