Customer has an Advance C5240 and recently their faxes started printing out on 11x17 on every page after the first page. So the first page is correct on letter size then pages 2 and on, print out on 11x17......anyone seen this or have an idea what is causing it? I haven't been there yet, they are in a remote area so want some ideas before heading out there. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
