So I had 2 machine, the one can print both PDF, and JPEG format from USB, while the other only allow me to print JPEG format.

what should I do? is there any setting to fix that problem? I've been surfing for a week, and got none to fix my problem.

One machine has the "Direct Print kit", the other does not.

does that mean I need to buy them and put them in the machine?
i searched it on the google, and found none about it, no images related to it.

can someone just tell me completely how cna I fix it, and what kind of stuff i need to buy, and the steps.
