Hi Family Am having problem with a client Machine Canon Image Runner C5030i.It has been showing this Error code E00074-002?Please can someone help me out??

Primary Transfer error.

E074 0002 Error in engagement


Primary Transfer Detachment Sensor 2 failed to be detected for 2 sec at the time of engagement operation


Remedy
1. Check if the ITB Connector is physically removed.
2. Replace the Primary Transfer Detachment Motor (M15)
and its Drive Assembly (the gear, Drive Shaft, Mounting
Plate, etc.).
