Canon ir 2230 jam trouble

I have a canon ir 2230. If I load paper in the bypass tray always work. If I get paper from Tray 1 and Tray 2 I have
Jam code 102 -> PS11 sensor
Jam code 105 -> PS9 sensor
I tried to change two of the three feed rollers for each tray but without success.
Any suggestion?

what paper is loaded in tray 1& 2?
what does the copier think is in those trays?
what size type does the computer think is in the trays?
are you sure the trays are adjusted properly?

How many pages on this machine? If it's close to/over 150K, replace all the feed rollers.... INCLUDING the Separation Roller assembly for Cassette 1.

FC6-6661-000 -Separation Roller (Cass 2-4)

The paper loaded in tray 1 & 2 is plain A4 paper correctly recognized in the display and correctly sets up in the rotary selector in the tray.

Any sign of paper picked up? when the paper picked up where it stacked??

I assume this is for the old black-and-white copier not the advance color. The RM numbers or rollers for a color machine

Is this the Color Advance series C2230? If not, then I gave you the wrong part numbers.
