Hey peeps, any help greatly appreciated. Have an IR3225 that continually says replace toner. Me and another tech have cleaned the toner area, tried another toner cartridge (that is working in an identical unit), checked the senor that detects the door closed by passing a key in front of it (the plastic is intact on the toner door) We also found a forum that suggested rotating the toner cylinder, but that did not help as well. Were not copier techs.... computer techs just trying to help out a very small private local school. Any help/advice greatly appreciated. Thanks!
