Hai, i got is ir2270 showing E-733-001 problem.But i find out that under service mode<option<body<CONFIG< JP. .00.00
I change the country code to<SE< and press OK button. One after i press the OK button ,display all jam and i off and on the copier .The copier still cannot start up.I check againt the country code still go back to <JP< .Can anyone help me on this problem.Thank you.

The code refers to a communication fault between the DC Controller and the Main Controller this can come from a variety of reasons bad DC Cont, Main Cont, Ribbon cable between them, bad flash dimm on the Dc cont., or virtually anything that stops power from getting to the DC cont. There have also been reported cases of the Reader controller causing this. I am not sure why your country code isn't working but I dont think it is causing the code.

Many many thanks to you.You help me solve the problem.I reconnect the ribbon from DC-con to Main controller and on back the power,every thing back to normal.
