[Error Code] C5051 E732-001 and now Persistant E733-000

Machine has a B1 controller. Uninstalled all the B1 hardware but have not changed anything in service mode.

I have installed another Main Con 2 and now am stuck on a E733. I have no power at the reader and no power at J129 on the DC controller. Power Supply/ Relay board has been changed. No power coming out of the relay board to the DC controller. Put in a second Power supply and got the same result. No power to DC Cont and No power to the reader. I seem to have power everywhere else. No feeder shows up in service mode with Japanese details for items in service mode. Experience with changing main cont 2 top right dim and Controller has solved a E732-001 in the past. Relay boards have also solved this error.

I am going to try some diff dims on the Main Con 2 next because they are not original factory parts. Also Riser PCB. I put this here to consider all possibility's before a Main Con 1.

All fuses are good and booting up with the drum driver disconnected didn't help. No blown fuses on drum driver or anywhere else can be found.
I have used Canon Imagerunner parts for sale. Most are floor model Color and / Advances Imagerunner with some 3025 3235 parts. Several intact machines being parted.

The machine wouldnt go into download mode. It would go black and stay that way. When I shut it off the progress bar starts up and stops at about 25%.
New Relay board and PSU didnt help. Isolated drum driver / paper PCB and everything else.

I reinstalled the Main Con 2 minus the imagepass b1. I am back to e732-001. No 24 v coming out of the relay board. Checked three way connections, disconnected ITB etc. Ill try a safe mode download but it seems to be a short somewhere. Now I know just about anything shorted can cause the E733.
