[Misc] Canon ImageRunner iRC4580 Cyan too dark

Dear all

I have a toner problem with iRC4580. Cyan prints are way too dark. (See attached pictures)

Changed toner. No difference.
Changed drum. No difference.

Any ideas what to look next?

Have you tried going through the color adjustment process in the manual?

they are genuine OEM toners and drums right ( not refilled or compatibles )?

Yes I tried all the adjustments possible.

Yes they are both Genuine.
