Had to replace black dv unit because the old one was failing, have a service manual and have look
though it for adjustments for new developer and saw gradation, I know there some I missing but we got
rope in to servicing it when put in 3 Kyocera copies because we are a dealer for them only. Please
don't rip me a new one but I have read the manual and coming up blank.

I have the C5030 manual but it should be the same or close. The procedure starts on 4-118 of the manual.

It is under the adjustment section in the manual. You go into service mode and initialize the corresponding dv unit, then do the gradation adjustment.
