IR 1022a SST + firmware "Download Standby"

Hi,

I'm looking for Canon Service support tool and firmware (EU) for my copier IR1022a displaying "Download Standby" error.
Seems that other models could be suitable (iR1022F, iR1022i, iR1022iF, iR1023, iR1023iF, iR1023N). Is that correct ?

Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same error on a Canon Ir 1022a, it says "Download Standby"

Will a firmware update via USB resolve it? Where is the firmware located, is it here -> Firmware Update Tool Ver.24.00 (Windows x64) ?
