Canon ir2545 error 248

Hello. I have a problem on ir2545. I already replaced the flex cables, relay controller, main controller, dc controller and the power supply and still error 248 upon power on. The error does not clear on service mode error engine clear. Does anyone here encountered this problem. Hope someone can help. Any idea?

Code: E248-0000
Description:
EEPROM error
1.An error has occurred at power-on.
2.An error has occurred during write operation.
3.An error has occurred during read operation following write operation.
Remedy:
1.Disconnect and then connect the flexible cable(Relay PCB (PCB2)-Main Controller PCB (PCB1) 50pin). 2.Disconnect and then connect the flexible cable(CCD unit- Relay PCB (PCB2)). 3.Disconnect and then connect the power supply harness connector. 4.Replace the flexible cable. 5.Replace the CCD Unit. 6.Replace the Relay PCB (PCB2). 7.Replace the Power Supply PCB (PCB3). 8.Replace the Main Controller PCB (PCB1).

Connections issue :-(

Check the Reader connection

Check, clean and reinstall the flex cable going to the scanner/reader assembly. Clear error solved the problem error 248.

Hello teckat. Error 248 return again. This time it wont clear the error in service mode. Also tried rcon clear. Still error 248. stdr-pos NG. Do this error can be solve by reflashing? Can this be ccd reader error? I have no spare scanner assembly to try. Any other solution?

did u put in Label Settings after RCON CLR ???

+Perform the following in the service mode:
SCAN > READER > FUNCTION > CCD > DF-WLVL1/2/3/4 (DF white level adjustment)

All SCAN > READER> FUNCTION > CCD > DF-WLVL1/2/3/4
NG status
Upon engine error clearing E719 occurs. erroneous communication on new card reader. But did not replace card reader.

I know the part number of the carriage assembly.
Its FM3-9435-000 Carriage unit
I would like to know if i can order the CCD unit only if it has its separate part number.
I dont have the carriage assembly. I'll try to order the ccd only because if its assembly it will cost more expensive.
