Hello, i have a probleme with canon MF 735 cx i can't acess to

Remote U , iget this message ( Remote UI cannot be used. ) i tried lot of things on internet settings but without result.
also, i have just access to network menu , the settigns menu i get unable to connect to the server ...
someone have a idea? thanks

have you confirmed the proper IP addy?

are you logged on the PC as ADMIN?

where do you have access to network menu, settings.

can you print?

are the lights on NIC working?

you gave little details for us to help you.

hello,thanks for your replay, am admin on my pc and i can print without probleme.
i can also add the printer on network.
a added network on screen printer.
