    Image misregistrationor image shift on the paper through document feeder

    Hello friendsI have a canon ir adv c5051, when photocopying using the document feeder, the image shifts on both side and lead edge of the paper, then cuts the words or the image but when using the glass, its fine,What could be the problem, could there be any values that changed or any other mechanical issueI need some help please.RegardsSema

    wow NO INFO to help us help you!

    What Are:

    the size media are you scanning?
    what are the ADF settings?
    are the guides tight on originals?
    what about paper trays?
    is copy the only time you have sim-registration problems?
    are you using 100% scan ratio?
