hi guys i have problem with cancon ir 5075 with error code E0733-010,what is the problem ,are the dc con or the main con are dead,tq

Problem :
During a long run the machine will "lock up" and display "printing" on the Control Panel. After a while error code E733, 0001 is displayed.

Solution :
The wire harness for the vertical transport sensor PS24 or PS28 are contacting the vertical transport roller shaft causing the insulation to wear off and the machine to malfunction.

Hello, the most practical thing would be to clean the main controller pcb; RAM and sub card memory. If the problem persists go to the next steps.
disconnect and then connect the connector, check the power source of the DC controller (to see if it was initialized at power up)
replace the DC controller PCB.
replace the main controller PCB.
