    canon iR c 5250

    i am experiencing a document image mis-registration when making a copy using the document feeder on color ir c5250 in both letter and A4 paper sizes.
    i have changed another document feeder whole assembly from a working machine but the fault remained . i need your help

    did you try from the glass before swapping ADF's? (nope) or you wouldn't have swapped them

    did you run color cali's and registration mode?

    what are the life counts on Fuser/Belt/Drums?

    follow the K.I.S.S. principle when troubleshooting

      yes copies using the glass are okay in all sizes.

          Hi gentle men thank you for the efforts ,
          Congratulations i have been able to solve the copier issue.
          i was able to calibrate the document feeder thru diagnostics and i am done with it .
          the process is simple and the machine is back to life
