iR 3220 dumps waste toner onto trans belt

Anyone seen a 3220 dump w. toner onto the trans belt and then dumping on the rest of the machine? When I pull the trans belt out of the machine a bulk amount of w. toner is sitting on the metal rail in front of the w. toner screw assy. Vaccum it up and it lasts a week and repetes with cutomers long runs.
I have replaced the screw assy with all new parts. New mylar, screw, all gears and base.
Have check all gears on both the screw assy and trans unit ---ALL are OK---
    Thanks for any Help

Aftermarket toner or the wrong toner?
Is the glass half full or half empty? I say neither. The glass is obviously full, full of potential. The potential to hold more water or the potential to quench a thirst. Life is all about how you see it.

I think if it as me I would try a NEW itb cleaning blade asm.. the mylar is more then likely not straight..but I hae seen waste toner on top of the large metal plate under the belt cause trouble also..might wan to make sure there is no toner there as well...

Shine flashlight from front into ITB cleaner blade area...make sure mylar is 2 or 3 mm to the right of cleaner blade edge so that waste falls into cleaner unit..clean mylar with alcohol not waxy rag

I've found that on many instances it's the toner feed screw assembly that causes the issue of toner dropping and streaks on the itb.
Replace the ITB cleaner assembly as well as the toner feed screw assembly at the same time.

              dumping toner ir3200

make sure the small gear at the rear is intact. the mylar strip will also cause the problem and put a new waste toner box in and see does it feed any waste into the box
