IR 1023if Always 2 sided

This seems vaguely familiar to me as in it's happened before but the solution escapes me.
Copier suddenly started passing all paper as 2 sided. Doesn't matter if it's a copy off the glass or df, or any print job. Every page is handled as if it's 2 sided even though it's not. I'm thinking dc controller but wanted to check if maybe it's just a firmware loop possibly that might correct with a flash perhaps?

You have to do an ALL CLEAR to correct this problem. Make sure you have copies of network settings and address book info.
