    [Error Code] CANON IR ADV 4035i E-733-0010

    Hello;
    I have a problem with this machine,an error occurs E 733-0010 with JAM 0A0D. There is usually no jammed paper in the machine.I suspect a connection between DC controller PBC and the main
    controller PCB2 ,but I can't find parts number for this connection.
    Did anyone have this error?Any help is welcome.Thanks.

      Hi Doc!


      I suggest reconnect main controller 1 and 2.
      Check connector between main and dc controller.
