jam code 0209 on GP605

THE REG CLUTCH HOLDER HAD BROKEN AND THE CLUTCH CABLE HAD BROKEN SO I HAVE REPLACED THEM BUT IT STILL JAMS AT REG ROLLER WITH A Z FOLD IN PAPER,IT JAMS ALL CASS,S + MAN FEED IVE GOT ALL DRIVE WORKING AT THE BACK AND THE REG SENSOR WORKS IF U BLOCK IT,IM THINKING ITS A DC CON FAULT,HAS ANY ONE SEEN THE SAME.

this may sound stupid but the guide plate in front of the reg.. roller gets bent and paper will not go thru to the sensor .. will make you think there is NO drive,, might want to look at that..also the gears on the reg roller itself screw up and cause the same thing...

this fault was cured by changing the dc controller.
