[Misc] Canon iR ADV C5250 - Quality problem ONLY Bk Color

Hello dear friends:

I have a quality problem with a iR ADVC5250 maquine.Only the black color is very poor as you can see 20191230172742.pdf

I had chanched the Bk developer but after a month the problem was back (white copies and impresions). Then I added the STARTER in the Bk develop assy but after some weeks the problem was back again. It seems that the maquine is consuming the starter.

I had clean the ITB unit, change the Bk drum, clean all laser units, checked the contacts of the High Voltage and checked the ATR Sensor also.

Do u have any idea about this?

try to check the hopper unit K ,the DV unit K only have starter,no toner inside, maybe the hopper unit K not adding toner to the DV unit K

U mean the washed out text area that is circled ???

is the same area / location washed out in all printing ??

Its the bk drum you added starter in the bk dev assy that's no good would of needed setting up you should of replaced with new Dev assy with comes with dev in then setup as manual says don't use cheap China parts only use oem save money in the long run

Please not the washout but the fonts, it looks weavy...

Does it happen in exactly the same spot ?.
Or, does issue travel on continuous printing ?
