Error Loading paper on Canon ipf6400

Hi, I have a Canon ipf 6400 Plotter which has been with me for several years, I have already changed the Main Controller PCB main board once because of problems a few days ago I had to buy another one and change it after I made the change the team shows me this 'Cannot feed paper' error with any paper you try always shows me the same error and the cycle of assembling the sheet or roll does not end.


Do you have any idea what it could be?
