I dont have a copy quality issue, rest assured the lamp is fine, I get good quality results in both copy and print. If this is an issue with the lamp then there would be no issue in printing

Does it show an error in the history? Also do a HDD check and clear HDD and reload system software.

                    In service mode copier>options>body>FDW_DLV=1
                    and ACC_COIN=0
                    Check those settings
Is the glass half full or half empty? I say neither. The glass is obviously full, full of potential. The potential to hold more water or the potential to quench a thirst. Life is all about how you see it.
