canon imagerunner 105 keeps resetting papersizes from 8.5x11 to a4

i have a ir105 and know how to get into service mode, but dont know who to set tray 1 and 2 from a4 to 8.5x11 .

the damn thing keeps giving me 000005-0010 when the cleaning web is brand new. now it .... or me.... reset the paper sizes to European and i need to know how to change them back to American.

I may be able to remember how from memory...
copier-option-cst-p-sze try 1 and 2 to 18.Best i can remember.I know it is in there...just cant be sure of the verbage that is on there.Hope i got you close.

As for your web error....check to see that when the new web was fitted the web out sensor flag is tucked UNDER the web and not OVER the web.
