[Error Code] Non compatible toner notification

Dear Team,

one of my customer trying to use the toner C-EXV49 ( which has meant for our region )on IR-ADV C3530i , whereas he is getting message from the machine to use NPG-67 which has meant for Asia region.
But the machine is in working condition condition with Error on it . Is there any way to change the region settings of the machine so that it will not pop the error again or what is best workaround we can provide them
