iR-ADV C5255 SST and Firmware

Hi,

I am looking for the SST and the Firmware for the iR-ADV C5255.

When I try to access the RUI, I can get to the portal. But if I want to go further like the settings than I get this message:

RemoteUI Contents is Not Found!!

RUI Module Version : 3440

As I looked up, I should reinstall the firmware or just the RUI with SST.

Can someone provide me with the SST and the firmware?

This is only available to trained Canon Service engineers though the canon sims site.

Best to get a Canon engineer to fix
We have to be responsible and not share that sort of information

your request and offer to help others is a CLEAR violation of Forum Rule #5 copy written material.

a tech can lose his tech ID and the dealership can lose their right to sell Canon machines.
