Canon ir1435if ID and PIN RESET

I just pulled a Canon ir1435if from shop that i need to drop in as a loaner.
I cant get on to change network as default ID and PIN DO not work
7654321..i looked to clear in service mode did not see what would look like pin and ID..
CANON is not a brand i see much..
ALSO CAN ONE ORDER JUST THE SEP PAD"IT IS MISSING FROM UNIT"
Separation Pad [FM4-9857-000]
AND IF SO ANY SUGGESTIONS AS PRECISION DOES NOT HAVE AND THE 3 LOCAL CANON
DEALERS NEAR ME DONT HAVE EITHER..

still the same.

i repowered unit and tried to do network and still does not allow access with 7654321
