    After transporting the printer from one town to another its now giving poor quality in both color and black.

      try running registration and color calibrations

          after transportation? check the patch sensor shutter is working, sometimes it pops out so the solenoid doesnt actuate the shutter back n forth, or sometimes the nipple breaks off too
