Customer called that they can not send faxes, that the screen displays ifax information. Being new to the product is there a program that i have to change so that the customer has there normal fax screen displayed. Or is the fax system no good and defaults to ifax. No error codes are registered in error history. Thanks for help

If the Super G3 Fax Board -M2 is installed and the Resolution Switching Board A-2 is installed also or Do You have universal send installed? Which option do have installed.
You shoud have fax tab or a send tab in the op-screen panel, if so hit that tab put paper on the feeder punch in a # and hit start. The machine must be connected to a fax line.
