    CLC-1100

this one is driving me craaaaazy. Repl-all developers and calibrated last week ran fine and now i can't get rid of 020-180 and 020-480 codes. Book references alot of things but commonalities for this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks t

The black toner sensor (ATR) Check to see if it is dirty. Wipe with a damp coth. If that don't work replace the sensor. What's the drum life like and did you stir and initialize developer?

Yep..the biggest thing to remember when working on CLC 1100's is to keep them as clean as possible.

Once you have done the things above i would set up devs with Pascal turned of, once it has completed turn it back on and Auto grad then calibrate the RIP.

if you disconnected any of the atr connectors while the m/c was still on you may have blown the dc driver pcb done it myself and got e020 for all colours
