i dont want the lastest c650 firmware file..

just i want to check the lastest c650 firmware version..

Because there is a hope that a firmware update will solve this problem.

If firmware is needed I can ask a certified canon engineer in my area.

normal imagerunner models can clear everything in service mode.

However, c650 series does not disappear when the waste toner container can exchange message is initialized in service mode.

Can you understand me now?
