Impressions do not reach the server in Canon C1

Hi, I have a problem.It is sent to print to the printer, but the impressions do not arrive, they stagnate or the process is cut on the server showing a "server full" message on the screen or the process is cut despite the fact that the screen shows that the work is being received.
Cables are already verified, the UI can be seen in the browser, configurations can be printed, but nothing on the PC can be printed.
The printer works fine until yesterday.

can you PING the copier from a PC?

HOW are you printing to the unit?

cat5-6 or usb?

do you get lights in the Enet port?

did you have ANY updates to the server or workstation?

Tech or end user?

he printer was working normally as in the last 2 years that I have it, from one moment to another I stop ripping, the jobs did not happen they stayed in the queue of the PC and the server seemed to throw them away or not let them advance.

this is above your pay grade..

hire a trained server tech

RED isn't an answer to #2 HOW are you printing to the unit?

First, try using the command workstation program to delete the server (print queue), suddenly it is full of impressions from previous days or months before, since the user must manually delete every fifteen days or once a month.
second discard with another hard drive with fiery system or reinstall the server system. or change the server interface cable

if u don't have CD's
There are two ways to order v2.0 system software for the imagePRESS Server T1, they are as follows:

* DVD - System Software v2.0: FK2-5844-000
* Mediapack w/System Software v2.0: FM3-1062-000

I reinstalled the software (1.01 version), but the printer passes the files straight to the print tray after processing. Still unable to print.
Is it the network card. the problem?

if NIC is bad it wouldn't even pass BLANK PAGES!

The files go straight to the print tray ... and I reinstalled everything, format, check cables, etc. and I can't find the fault.

Before I printed that way, now the print is processed but not printed, it goes straight to the print tray.
