It all depends on what model you're talking about.

If you are talking about the imageRUNNER ADVC5051 then you have to replace the fixing film assembly.

You have to do an ERROR CLEAR in service mode after replacing the assembly. The DC Controller is what controls the Fixing Assembly.

this error code needs to be cleared in service mode.

              setting/registration > 2+8 > setting/registration > mode list > copier > functions > clear > err > press ok

              restart the machine

if you put a different fixing unit into that machine and clear the error code does it work?

No..still same...this code refer to low temperature when stanby..so any idea to increase the temperature by using service mode??

Shortage can be caused by connection from fixing unit to the one leading to the DC board. That connection provides power to the main thermistor 1, sub thermistor 1 and sub thermistor 2 that determines the low/high temperature. Since you have already changed the fixing unit and confirmed the other working, and that you have replaced the DC board, confirm the complete flow of power from the fixing unit to the main PCB where the thermistors lead to.

check thermostat below the fixing heater as the get dirty due to oiling and greasing. also check the pressure roller bush as they get worn out and move with pressure roller reducing the pressure between heating and pressure unit and causing this error
