Imagepress c800

Hello
I have an imagepress C800 with a finisher AM1 , I bought it used I tried to connect the finisher but its not working but if I remove it using only the collect tray it work just fine, I connect the finisher with crossover cable and a power cable plugged direct to 220v . is there and function in the service mode I should enable the finisher or its just plug and play.

first check the finisher is detected or not . check the accesories status in the service mode.

COPIER (Service mode for printer) > DISPLAY (State display mode) > ACC-STS

SORTER 1 Dspl Fin-related option connection state
Detail To display which finisher-related option is connected.
Use Case When checking the connection of Finisher-related options
Adj/Set/Operate Method N/A (Display only)
Display/Adj/Set Range Left column (connection state of Finisher-related options): 1 to 5
1: Without Saddle
2: With Saddle, without Folding Unit
3: With Saddle and Inserter, without Folding Unit
4: With Saddle and Folding Unit, without Inserter
5: With Saddle, Inserter and Folding Unit


if no sorter is available then the connection between finisher and host machine .

Thank you very much for the reply
There is nothing show's in the service mode for the sorter or finisher only in the display it is 0.
Could you please send me the cable connection diagram between the finisher and the machine.

check power supply board for finisher is installed

the finisher should be connected with a straight cable, not crossover.

This is the back side of the finisher,
The network cable is connected to the machine with the same stickers sign and down on the power plug I connected to 220v still not work and not showing on the screen and I used a straight cable still not shows.
