[Jamming] Imagepress c10000 vp paper jam in New machine

symptoms
Frequent paper jams from pod deck lite -c1 in a new installed machine IPR-C10000vp , when printing on 350 GSM media. same media is working fine from the machine tray 1 & 2.

Jam code.
001080-06.(pre feed sensor -delay jam )
00012f-06 (deck pick sensor delay jam )
No deck related alarm code.

Action taken:

1.Rechecked the installation of the deck.
2.opened the deck feed unit and pyshically checked ,no demages .
3.height adjustment procedure followed as per the installation manual.
4.COPIER> FUNCTION> CLEAR> DK-RCV (cleared the alarm code in the service mode even there is no alarm code related to the deck )
5.COPIER > OPTION > FEED-SW > DK1-AIR (changed this setting to 1 for air seperation but no use )
still jaming is happening .

WHAT size is in the problem tray?
is the weight set correctly?
are you sure you removed all packing/tape from problem tray?
where is it jamming? pics? (upload PDF please)

1.media size from the pod deck lite c1 -330 X 482.6 mm
media size from the tray 1 & 2 -330 X 482.6 mm

2.yes all the packing tape has been removed.

3.Paper Picked and started to feed ,entered the host machine (delay jam - sensor 139 -prefeed sensor )

I'd doa it with canon then - high end kit ,lots of mullah spent

Doa with canon you mean full unit (pod lite deck -c1 ) or any specific .please clarify.
