[Jamming] Papper Jump When setting finisher collate

I work on canon IR advance 6055. Machine is normal when I copy 3 time or more papper. But problem show when I setting the Machine work on Copy 2 or more papper 2 time or more then the finisher is collate....the papper always jump, the papper out sometime when i remove the papper jump, the problem come repeatly. Give me a solution please. Thank you

Do you work as a technician? Please clarify whether you mean "paper deck 2" when you mention "copy 2.
