Halo im Briko im having a problem with machine Canon ira c2225i.The machine wont in in service mode.Itried with * 28 * but nothing hapend.The machine everithing work fine but i like to do cleaning the drums.Switchs is work fine * 2 8 i test it.If someone now about this problem please help me

sounds like someone changed the password... if that one isn't working.

have you double checked the manual for the proper code?

I dont now the paswort of the machine mashine work perfekt only they wont in in service mode

and are you pushing the little head/face with the star in it or just both stars.

your terminology escapes me.. are you a TRAINED tech? or just end user with simple understanding of the machine?

Service mode for level 1
*{with head} then 28 together then *{With head}

yes i tried this method two days * 28 * nothing hapend this is what im like only to in in Service mode level 1

I dont think on canons the service login can be changed but I will check with Canon tomorrow. Have you spoken to Canon

I have many fotokopiers in this company and one of this is this canon ira c2225i and i give im in one period toners and now the copy quality is poor and i like to clean the drums with service mode but i cant

Default is : [Settings/Registration] - Pressing [2] and [8] at the same time - [Settings/Registration]

An alternative setting is :[Settings/Registration] - Pressing [4] and [9] at the same time - [Settings/Registration]

Change the setting in service mode COPIER (Service mode for copier) > OPTION (Specification setting mode) > FNC-SW >SVMD-ENT

Detail To set the way to get in service mode to prevent information leak.
Use Case As needed
Adj/Set/Operate Method 1) Enter the setting value, and then press OK key.
2) Turn OFF/ON the main power switch.
Display/Adj/Set Range 0 to 1
0: Factory default

Thanks a lot they worket wit 4 9 i clean the transfer belt with this function bat when i like to do dram cleaning DRM-ALL only say ok and nothing hapend no made adjustment
