I believe you can reset this by doing a clear in service. Try PWD clear in service. If that fails, ALL Clear. Service Mode is entered by selecting the Additional Functions key, 2 key, then the 8 key and finally the Additional Function key.

This is done by going to Service Mode - [Additional Functions, 2, 8, Additional Functions].
Look for the Clear option then scroll to All. Scrolllllll

The All Clear is a service option that will reset user and network specific settings. It is a good idea to print items like a User Data List, which contains the settings, and also save Address Book.

        1. Enter Service Mode, Press Additional Functions, then press 2 and then press 8, then press Additional Functions again.

        2. On the LCD you should now see #SSSW.

        3. Press the right arrow until you see #CLEAR.

        4. Press OK.

        5. Press the right arrow again until you see ALL.

        6. Press OK.

        7. Then you will see Please WAIT ALL on the LCD.

        8. Then the iR should reboot, you will see Initializing... on the display then it will complete the bootup process.

                  Hello Bobby,
Screwtape already told you how to do this,,, you should be able to get into the Service Mode to do the clear operation. Remember that you press the 2 then the 8, not the 2 & 8 together like on the other models.
