iRADV C3325i slow response, network faild

    iRADV C3325i slow response, network faild

    Hi,
    I have a problem with iRADV C3325i MF copier there are two problems, first the copier is very slow response in copy mode for example when you push the start button for single pass copy they need more then 30sec. to start copying. The same if you printout counters report. The other problem is that the network port is dead, I can not ping, I can not use Remote UI portal? Both problems starts at the same time.
    I thing that is problem with HDD??? Do you have any other experience about that?

    have you verified with a laptop and cable?

    not being able to ping could be nothing more than the network scheme has changed. Print the reports check the NIC card responses.

    HDD is unlikely for network issue ..

    have you updated firmware?

      NO, I can't do update via internet becouse Network card is faild

            Problem solved!

            It was Hard Disc! Finally an error was displayed E602-0301. I made HDD format and after restart the copier works OK. I also made HDD scan with special software and there is no bad sectors, so I thing that was only HDD confused.
