Canon IP C7055 white and color streaks when print from USB

Hello dear members!
I have Canon IP C7055 and it does the white and color streaks when I am printing from USB port using PDF file.
It started with tiny white streaks and deteriorated to running colors. I just did self maintenance on wire, drum and roller.
I checked toner in all drums. I have toner in drums.
Somehow Cyan is not printing at all. I have cyan in a drum I checked by removing toner and rolling/shaking it.
I did the shake on all toner cartridges.
And at the end I get this- see the attachments.
What should i do to remedy that?

I hate to break it to you since you are an user, but it looks like the drum coupling has broke on the rear side of your cyan drum unit causing it not to turn. That most likely is what is causing your issue. It will have to be replaced by a trained technician.

Thank you for your reply.
I understand about bad news and also understand about installation by trained technician.
I am at the point that I have nothing to loose by fixing it by myself.
I have exact the same machine for spare parts so I can pull the drum with a good coupling from the spare.
If you have any manual instructions how to do it properly, i would greatly appreciate that.
As I said I have nothing to loose, so its worth of trying.
