imagerunner 5235 Forward to email not including sender info

i have sucessfully setup the forward function on our fax to send the incoming directly to an email. this works great. i now have another issue. when it forwards, the image does not include the sender fax number. can someone please walk me through what i am missing.

thank you for your reply. i have the manual and have no issues with the forward working. the issue is when it does forward, the sender fax number does not appear. is there a setting somewhere to make this happen. i used the no conditions forward method.

So when sending> a Fax your number shows on document ?

it's only when you forward a received Fax that it's missing ?

is your sending fax number registered on the 5335 ?
