[Error Code] E061-0101 on Canon IR adv 6075

I replaced the Main Driver PCB (PCB 2), Primary Charging High Voltage PCB (PCB 11), and Pre-Transfer Charging PCB (PCB 26) to fix E065-0001 problem. Now the error becomes E061-0101. Already check what the SM suggest. Any ideas?

have you replaced the primary charging assembly?

Check the drum screw in front and the primary

yes the primary charging assembly is new.

What about the big screw in the front of the drum? They loosen up

Yes I have also checked the drum shaft fixing screw.

Pre transfer corona wire spring can break over time. Also check pre exposure led assembly

If you haven't disposed the earlier parts you removed, have them carefully replaced again and see if it will go back to E065-0001 again. If it does, it means there might not be a need of replacing them really. Try and be sure of the proper connections as suggested by the SM on error E061-001. I'm very sure there is a disengagement somewhere. Hoping you get round it buddy!
