Please Help to add AC1 Fax Board to my IR3225N

Hi all, I bought a used AC1 Fax Board to install it into IR3225N, I connected all cables, but after turning on the copierer stay in restart loop. What should I do? Is it Firmware to update or it is a Hardware Problem (like jumpers on board)? Have anyone Service Manual for 2717b002aa or a neuest firmware to Support Fax for IR3225N. Please Help me to solve this issue.

It should just mount and go. I believe there are 2 pieces of hardware. Did you take it back out and see if the machine starts working again?

Yes it working again when I disconnect the cable from Expansion Board FM3-5617.
